Hi my name is Joe Gagliano, along with Lauren Brooks aka. The Kettlebell Queen and Shawna Kaminski of Female Fat Loss Over Forty and now we welcome Isabel De Los Rios of The Diet Solution Program we will be bringing you all the information on exercise and nutrition that you will need to be leaner, stronger, more energetic and healthier.
And now let me welcome to Womens Fitness Lifestyle our 2 newest partners Kim Lyons and Jillian Micheals.
A Little Bit About Us
Shawna Kaminski – Hi and Welcome. I am in my mid-forties and have always enjoyed a fit lifestyle. I was active as a kid; I swam competitively for 12 years, I competed
in freestyle skiing and bodybuilding as well. I was a national level competitor in all three sports. I completed a degree in kinesiology and education and I taught school, mostly physical education, for over 20 years. In the past five years, I also ran my own business as a personal trainer and trained hundreds of clients personally and in a group setting in a private studio.
As my true passion became clearer to me, I quit teaching school, and now I concentrate on getting adults back into shape. I am now teaching boot camps to women. I really love to teach people how to work fitness into their daily lifestyle in order to improve their quality of life.
While I’ve worked with all ages from children, as young as five, to older adults, I feel most connected to middle aged women. I feel we’re living parallel lives in many ways, and I can empathize with many of your issues.
I can use this knowledge to help you! And along with Lauren and Joe we can get you to any goal you have.
( The Kettlebell Queen ) – Hi and thanks for coming by. I am very excited to be teaming up with Joe and Shawna on this site. Okay a little about me. I am a Kettlebell Instructor (RKC) Team Leader, Certified Clinical Nutritionist, and have a degree in Kinesiology. If you haven’t guessed by my nickname, my favorite workout tool of choice is the kettlebell. But I definitely love to use many other types of equipment as well. Fitness to me is only part of the puzzle to have the happy and healthy quality of life people strive for. WIth my educational background and experiences I make sure to emphasize Nutrition, Lifestyle, Exercise, and a positive mental attitude in peoples lives.
Being the mother of 2 little girls I know how hard it can be to make health a priority. I truly enjoy helping everyone from all walks of life reach their dream fitness goals. It can be done!!! And that is our mission here at Womens Fitness Lifestyle to help YOU!
Isabel De Los Rios is a certified nutritionist and exercise specialist who has already helped over 25,000 people all over the world lose incredible amounts of weight, regain their health and permanently change their lives. She is the author of The Diet Solution Program and the Owner of New Body – Center for Fitness and Nutrition in New Jersey. She has become the #1 “go to girl” when it comes to Fat Burning Nutrition by several of the most popular fitness professionals around the globe. Isabel’s cutting edge and completely different approach to nutrition is what sets her apart from all the rest.
Isabel graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in exercise physiology (a pre-med curriculum). She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, the highest and most advanced certification given by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is also a Holistic Nutrition Lifestyle Coach, certified by the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K.) Institute in San Diego, California. She counsels many special populations, including diabetics, heart disease patients, cancer survivors, and overweight individuals, as well as healthy individuals who wish to maintain health and prevent disease.
Kim Lyons - I read somewhere it was said of Kim that she exemplifies fitness, I doubt that there could
be any doubt to that statement. And you want to talk about a positive personality? I would call it infectious.
Kim truly is an inspiration to living a healthy and happy lifestyle. With that positive personality and inspiration Kim brings 10 plus years as a personal trainer. Of course Kim is known for being on The Biggest Loser but she is so much more as you our friends here at Womens Fitness Lifestyle are going to find out.

Thanks Joe, I really am very happy Joe asked me to join him, Shawna, Lauren and Isabel (and now Jillian too) here at Womens Fitness Lifestyle they all truly are working very hard to make this the go to site for women.
I can’t wait to start contributing more and more and being able to help everyone that comes and visits our website. It really is an amazing group of people, who as Joe said to me that to be a part of this site his number 1 requirement is that we truly want to help people be fit and healthy. And that’s what makes everyone here amazing we are here to help YOU.
Jillian Micheals – It has been said of Jillian that she is America’s Toughest Trainer. Not to sure I would disagree with that.

Jillian Michaels is mostly known for her role as a personal trainer on the NBC reality TV series The Biggest Loser, in the U.S. and Australia. She’s written two fitness books and is the co-owner of Sky Sport & Spa in Los Angeles.
She has received two personal-training certificates from the United States’ leading certification programs: the National Endurance and Strength Training Association and the American Fitness Association. In addition to her 17 years of experience in martial arts, she has received a black belt in Muay Thai and Akarui-Do.
Wow I am so overwhelmed to be joining all these great people Joe has assembled here at Womens Fitness Lifestyle. The work being done here to bring the fitness lifestyle to women of all ages is really amazing and I can’t wait to contribute the work being done here.
Joe Gagliano – As a lifelong fitness junkie I first picked up a weight when I was 13 (that was a long time ago). Okay, I will be 54 next month. I got hit with the fitness bug after seeing a copy of a muscle building magazine in a store down at the Jersey shore (and yes I’m a Jersey kid inside and out). I had never seen anything like those people. So over the years I just became sort of a research junkie always looking for the latest and best information the fitness industry has to offer.
I have 2 children (both married) and 3 grandchildren. I lost my wife to cancer 7 years ago. So believe me when I tell you to live everyday the best that you can. And with Shawna and Lauren that is what we intend to do here at Womens Fitness Lifestyle.
