		<description>I&#039;ve found that kettlebells are one of the best way to keep women interested in their training since they add loads of variety plus women that I train prefer kettlebells instead of dumbbells due to their stability factor.  It&#039;s also a great way to increase coordination where most ladies that I&#039;ve instructed find that they are not clumsy in day to day activities like they were before training.</description>
